also if the NHS made £174 million, how much did the parasites make?
if one case in wales was £12.8 million, (Indigo launched a test case against 75 staff) The NHS needs to get rid of the parasites (some call them cowboys, but do cowboys go that low) the NHS would be self funding, maybe scrap N.I LOL

I am not sure that Trusts should bend over backwards to provide cheap parking for NHS Staff.

Many years ago, when I worked in Whitehall there was virtually no staff parking for thousands of Civil Servants.

I think TD was more accustomed to pachyderm transportation, with his favourite mahout at the helm!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Central London unlike most hospital sites is served by excellent public transport 24x7. In any case the issue at many hospital sites is not staff trying to dodge paying a fair rate for parking but the fact that there are insufficient parking spaces. A particular problem is that shifts overlap so there needs to be enough parking for both shifts even if an hour earlier or an hour later than the time the shifts change there will be ample places. Working shifts round the clock is not an issue for most civil servants in Whitehall.
