I was just wondering whether any other FD customers who have called since the start of 2018 have noticed a significant increase in the time it takes to get connected to someone? Almost every single time I called them in 2017, it would be instant, however every time I have called FD this year, there has been a wait of at least 3 minutes before being connected to someone.

I only call them because I don't have any other account with them and as such can't see my mortgage online.
Straight through every time since October 2017.0
