Santander reject PPI do I go to Genworth

I'm wondering if someone can advise me....
I submitted a complaint to Santander last year fkr mis sold ppi on an old Debenhams store card taken out in 1999. The complaint was rejected fur to being a non advised sale
My question is do I now refer my complaint to the FOS or to Genworth? I am trying to find my Santander response letter and am desperately hoping it was within 6 months ago I am only just picking this up again after a family bereavement
Many thanks

Yes, Santander > FOS > Genworth continues to be the successful route for customers of the then Arcadia Group of stores (Burton, Debenhams, DP, Miss Selfridge, Top Shop, etc) seeking to reclaim their store card PPI payments plus 8% pa interest.

Santander have taken on this historic liability, but a few have gone to the underwriter direct (Genworth) and received redress.
Please be polite to OPs and remember this is a site for Claimants and Appellants to seek redress against their bank, ex-boss or retailer. If they wanted morality or the view of the IoD or Bank they'd ask them.

When you refer it to FOS mention the family bereavement as a cause for delay in submitting your complaint
  • Hello after 7 years of letters, calls and emails to Creation regarding PPI on my Miss Selfridge card i have actually received an email that they have acknowledged i did have a card and PPI was on it. Has anyone had anything similar.

    Maybe... maybe not.

Not sure why you felt the need to bump an old thread for such a pointless question.
