yes funeral was in december, and brother paid for funeral, from mums bank account.
i need to sort internment of the ashes and organise some sort of burial with headstone next to my dads.
mum was diagnosed about 5 yrs ago with dementia, had all the relevant tests, and i also have a copies of letters stating that.
i dont have a solicitor or even the money....
im just waiting and waiting ....i need to know who the executor is to start things moving, like paying for internment, head stone etc. but solicitor or brother havent been replying to me.0
