Virgin Media

Hi guys,

I’m after some advice.

Virgin media turned up yesterday to do a cable pull (only 6 months late) and disconnected the cable to the house.

The engineer said we will be reconnected later today.

No Enginner turned up.

After a few calls to Virgin customer service who said they would call me back within the hour (they didn’t) I was then informed that the earliest time a engineer could come out and reconnect the cable is in 13 days.

I then called again to be told that the cable pull was only taking place on the 31st and when I explain that it’s already been done they transferred me to another department who then had me on hold for an hour then cut me off.

This is the situation every time i call and I have no idea what to.

So I currently have no broadband tv or phone and virgin media are passing me through there call systems.
