IBAN/SWIFTBIC changes

Has anybody else noticed either their IBAN or SWIFTBIC for any of their accounts being changed recently?
I ask this as the SWIFTBIC for one of my accounts changed from BARCGB22 to BUKGB22. There appears to be no announcements anywhere regarding this.
Is this part of the whole ring-fencing malarkey that banks have going on at the minute?
