    Here is a question since you want to be asked them. Where would you prefer to send your children to school? Where you live now or to the school local to the house in the not so nice area? When you have answered that ask yourself where your potential tenants would prefer to send their children to school. This is a consideration that you have to ask yourself if you are letting a family sized house.

    Thanks guys, on viewing anyway we decided not to go ahead. There are a few things lacking in areas that were most important to us and that were very creatively photographed to look bigger. It's a shame as the house is under priced and a real stunner but we have time to be picky ATM.
