Good Agent for large groups

Hi

I'm hoping someone can help!
I've been charged with arranging a holiday this summer for a family group of 18. We do have a few criteria in that it must be all inclusive, less than 3 hours flight, disabled friendly and our dates are fairly rigid with some people travelling different dates and for different durations.

So far, I've been using my local TUI shop who tell me that there is only one hotel in the whole of Spain that can accommodate us and it's coming our around 8k per family of 4 for 10 days! I'm struggling to believe this is so and wondered if someone could recommend a company I could call to get me a better deal & choice!

What sort of disabled friendly requirements are you thinking of?

If you can find an independent travel agent then it would be worth trying them to see what they can find for you.

Please don't confuse your local TUI as a travel agent, they are a holiday shop. Far, far better off going to an Independant agent who have no ties to the product that they sell.

I’d also suggest each sub group books their own just in case a sub group has to cancel for whatever reason/ falls out with the others
