Northern rock ppi

Hi my Husband had a mortgage with Northern Rock from 2006 which then went to Nram which he had until April 2017. He was miss sold the mortgage + un secured and ppi by a broker firm called swift. Is there any way he can make a claim and if so who does he write to? He doesn’t think swift even exist now.
