Best PPI Claim Management Company?

I started with the 'Claims Guys' but only had two messages and have heard nothing since. I don't have details or paperwork and thought I'd rather a claim management company did it and took a fee with a view of getting something back rather than not trying!
Any advice on best companies to use? Any successes?
