You can have as many current accounts as you like (or are able to open), many people on here have several, and some are into double figures.
I don't think there are any savings accounts that issue a debit card, although there are a few that issue an ATM card.0 -

The only bank I know of which provides a debit card with a savings account is the Yorkshire/Clydesdale Bank:
