Received the following from BG Rewards but do not understand where do I get the code from to redeem. I have linked through to SKY but to redeem they are asking for the code. . Also in their email saying Sky voucher N/A. So not really sure what to do now.

    Log into your British gas account, go to rewards offers in your account, choose the offer, the code will be emailed to you, but should also be in your rewards account. hope you can follow ok.


    Just thinking, have you joined rewards, if not, join.

    I have checked and my rewards account is still saying N/A. So will wait and see if the status changes.
  • Hi, I got this reward yesterday afternoon on my account and received my code with no problem but my partner applied for his last night (for a different account address) and had the N/A email reply the same as you! I'm wondering if it means they have now all gone, although they should have sent a different email.

    I spoke to them this morning and said they had al gone even though I received an email from them saying congratulations. Also in my total rewards box it has included this latest £13.99 amount.

    Definitely not going the let the matter rest and have contacted their Complaints dept to investigate. What should have happened is after the first email from them you click the reward offer and if you were too late then you would get a Sorry response but we did not instead congratulations.
  • I also got N/A and messaged them on Facebook only to get told the rubbish that all the vouchers had gone. I don't believe they went that quickly as I applied as soon as the email came in. I suspect there was a bug in their software that failed to allocate vouchers for some people.

    As far as I am aware you have a good case for a complaint. Resolver here I come now.

    I have just finished my complaint but did it via Resolver as I find its excellent for issues like this.

    The £13.99 was put into my Summary rewards box even though no code. Check to see if they did the same for you.

    Why would they do that if the offer was already closed. Bl....dy shameful. .
  • My account shows three rewards the last one being N/A and the total value includes the latest £13.99 which I cannot claim.
