    We exchanged while on holiday. Ironically we got the confirmation of exchange while standing in the ruins of someone else's house in Pompeii.

    We have them advanced authority to exchange on our behalf at any point while we were away, but they actually tried to call us first. The first time we tried to exchange they called me while we were in the Vatican. Right next to a no mobile phone sign.
