Should a refund be of full cost, if a gift card was used?

That the refunded amount is the correct amount. Is the balance of opinion that they are correct or me?
Who knows? If you can't provide the answers to some pretty basic questions - like dates - then none of us have even the most rudimentary information upon which we can formulate an opinion and response.

Another question. Gift cards usually have an expiry date so did your gift card expire between the date the goods were ordered and the date you returned part of the order?0
