Boots Opticians - are they right?

So I've recently had my eyes tested through work's corporate eyecare plan for free. As part of this, I get a £45 part-payment towards any pair of glasses over £75.
The ones I chose are £100.
Boots also have a £20 off a £90 spend voucher here:
http://www.boots.com/opticians-offers/eye-health-test
So my overall spend is £100 on glasses. Minus (so you'd think) the £20 vouchers. Minus the £45 part payment via the corporate eyecare plan... meant I thought I'd be paying £35.
However Boots are refusing to honour the £20 off £90 spend, as they claim that after my corporate eyecare part-payment, the glasses are only £55?
Does this sound right to you? My argument being that the retail cost of the glasses are £100, if you take off the £20 voucher first, this makes them £80. Then take off my corporate eyecare part-payment of £45 (which my workplace pay for, I assume)... this should surely leave £35 to pay.
What do you think?
eta: apologies if I've posted this in the wrong place.

It won't be surprising if there are conditions that state (along the lines of) multiple promotions cannot be used for the same transaction. Therefore you could use one or the other.
That said, Boots are right ... after presenting your £45 voucher the spend is £55 therefore no entitlement to the additional £20 discount.0 -
^thanks for the response. I'll see if I can dig out the paperwork from occupational health.
The reason I question it, is, because I wonder whether the corporate eyecare plan is classed as part-payment or a discount voucher. I would have said part payment but you could be right.
ETA:
The email from work says this:
✔ Employer funded glasses that assist with VDU use (if prescribed) Frames From the i365 box set Lenses Uncoated 1.5 single vision, bifocal, varifocal and degressive ✔ Special discounts available when you upgrade your glasses0 -

Youre assuming that your company is simply giving Boots £55, when its more likely there is some agreement they have with regards to eyewear. This agreement may make the offer much less favourable to Boots when combined with their own discount.
otherwise your company could just give you a random Boots giftcard0 -
When my last employer paid for my eye test and glasses at Bots the whole transaction was handled by a third party company. I handed that company's voucher to Boots
IIRC, The company was ASE Corporate Eyecare.0 -
My work uses specsavers. Although they do a free pair normally, you don't get the free pair if you use an employer voucher.0
