American Express PPI Claim

Hello, I've recently raised a complaint using the Resolver too against American Express, firstly they advised that they couldn't find my account and would close the complaint unless I could provide further details. I've now provided them with the details and received a letter today confirming that I did have PPI from 2000 until 2012 but with no other information about what would happen next - the end of the letter just said "I trust this will assist you".
My question is, what is the next step here ? Do I wait a while to see if they send anything else or should I contact them? Barclaycard and MBNA both sent letters explaining what would happen next (along with cheques in a few days).
Thanks in advance :-)

Send your complaint directly to them, rather than messing about with Resolver.0
