Euro car parks parking fine

Hi ive received a pcn for a car park at the tall ships pub in hartlepool. The car park is free to park if you put your details into a device inside the pub. This was not done by the person who drove the car. I've read the newbies thread and there is a template for an appeal with a member of the bpa so would I just use This? Im unsure as it states in the template about the threat of court but nothing was mentioned in the letter from euro car parks about court? They only stated they have the right to recover any unpaid charges from the registered keeper.

Thanks Ralph. Just to double check as to appeal to euro car parks it's an online form to fill in would I just put that template where it asks for the reason I'm appealing or would I just send it via an email to there customer service team?

Use the online form. Make sure you appeal as keeper

Hi Chris and Ralph I've received a letter today for a parking fine at the same place at the tall ships in Hartlepool. Where do I see the newbies thread? Chris did you manage to get a successful appeal? I've wrote to ember inns also who own the tall ships to let them know what I think as none of there staff informed that there is a device in house for parking etc please let me know what I can do thanks.
