Daily Mail/Breakfree holiday Cancellation

Booked a holiday throught the daily mail/breakfree promotion, recieved booking confirmation from them,
however I have not recieved confirmation from the park itself.
Called breakfree today who confirm they cannot honor my booking as the park is no longer in the promotion
My question is
Looking at the terms and conditions of the promotion (specifically the daily mail, not the regional paper promotion)
https://www.mailholidayparks.co.uk/dailymail/terms

States that as soon as my online booking is made, I have a contract with the park.

Looking at the rest of the t&c's, is the best I am going to get is a refund?

They cannot offer me anything around the time I had booked so not best pleased.
Kind Regards
David

On the basis that its linked to the Daily Mail, I suspect the cancellation will be the fault of immigration or the EU.

On the plus side, everything will be amazing post-Brexit! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    It also states this:
