EDIT: It was Creation consumer Finance. The TV. I bought a TV from currys, buy now pay 6 months later - a no brainer, as I would rather that money sat in my account earning a bit of interest before i pay it back in full.
didn't realise the name of the credit was Creation consumer finance. Puzzle solved.
signing up for the above, i get to this:

I have a santander credit card, which i've had since 2014. Before that, i had a lloydstsb credit card.
None of the above apply to either of those. Do they???
now what?!

Hi hiohaa,
The Credit Club verification questions are required by Experian to confirm your identity and are taken based on information in your credit report based on the information you provided (your name, date of birth, and address). For fraud protection reasons, Experian doesn’t share any detail about individual accounts with us.
It may well be the case that your agreement with Creation is appearing under the "Credit Cards" section of your report but we can't say this for certain as we're not able to access your data. In this scenario, if you're unsure, it might be worth obtaining a copy of your Statutory Credit Report so that you can double-check there aren’t any errors on your file.
You can find more information on how to do this in our guide below.
http://www.experian.co.uk/consumer/statutory-report.html
Alternatively, you could attempt to answer the question but this may result in you failing verification. Failing verification does not affect your credit score.
I do understand that this may be a little frustrating, but these checks are in place to prevent fraudulent access to your personal details so it isn’t something we can override.
I hope this helps.0
