ClearScore query

Hi, I have just looked at my clearscore updated scones and it is down a few points. I know it fluctuates, but I was wondering why it said “you are now on the electoral roll at your current address” I’ve lived here 15 years! Anyone any ideas?

It tends to throw up new alerts to keep you interested, along with the pretend score, even it nothing has changed.

Maybe your council has provided annual update and ClearScore's system isn't set up to distinguish between an existing entry being updated and a new entry added. As said, ignore it. I've had my report where it says I have no credit accounts, even though I had them the month before and the following month new accounts added (the ones that were there two months ago) including ones that have been open well over a decade. So it is most likely the naff software system they are using.0
