They didn't ask who was living with me or anything. Just changed address and said it was changed . Would I need another assessment or will I continue to recieve pip in till my review date in three yesrs. I know it's a non means tested benefit.

A change of address shouldn't trigger a reassessment.

Be aware though that reassessment is done a year before it runs out, so expect it to happen in two years not three.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

Because that does not affect your PIP entitlement.

You do need to advise UC and ESA that you are living together, and that you are in receipt of PIP.

If you are claiming ESA or another qualifying benefit that is letting you get severe disability premium then depending on your partners circumstances you could find that extra £62.45 per week SDP payment possibly will be removed from your ESA claim.

As the OP was living with their mother then it's possible that they weren't recieving SDP is the first place as they weren't living alone or classed as living alone. The only way they could have recieved it was if the mother and who ever else they were living with was also recieving a qualifying benefit.

If your parter was getting any benefits he/her needs to inform them too.
