Recs for additional travel insurance for ranch holiday

We are going away in the summer to the USA and for 1 week (of 2 week trip) will be staying at a ranch doing horse riding activities. (2 adults, 2 children).

We have travel insurance through the bank account and are covered for horse riding but only if wearing safety equipment etc. In order to get into the spirit, husband and I would like to wear cowboy hats whilst riding so I am looking for insurance that will cover us for this - only really need the medical element.

I have found 1 company (travel insurance plus) that does this and have a quote for £97 but I wanted to see if anyone here has any recommendations as I don't need the full policy really just medical cover for the week.
