2 mirrored damp spots beneath window (pic included)

Howdy, just a quick one. Obviously weather related, but how have these two appeared here in the manner they have may I ask?

I think its possibly one of those where a person in the know (obviously not me) sees it they will know straight away - "ahh its the [blank]"

PVC window?, fitting? wall?, roof? again I am a numpty when it comes to this stuff - the fact that they are pretty much in the same place each side beneath the window itself is obviously no coincidence.

Would appreciate anyones guidance. Hoping its not a big deal...
