Do you have it in writing that Virgin undertook cancellation on your behalf ?

Thanks for the advice - sadly it was over the phone and not backed up in writing. Have read similar experiences on a few different forums, nice way for them to get an easy sale perhaps. Will keep trying to pick up the pieces!
