Complaint to Very.co.uk - all previous email addresses not working

I'm having a fairly horrible time with Very.co.uk - dishwasher delivered broken on 7 December - still not repaired/replaced. Totally discouraged with their standard complaints/customer service - hours on the phone, cut off, passed from pillar to post etc. I am trying to send an email complaint but all previous email addresses that people helpfully posted on previous threads aren't working (even those apparently posted by Very customer service). Can anyone help?

How did you pay for the dishwasher? You can write and send them an LBA then open a money claim for a refund. If you paid on credit, contact the card provider as they are liable.0
