Hi, I received a letter early Feb telling me that i was being refunded £440. The cheque came yesterday. The whole process took around 4 months. Just to make others aware that even if your complaint is from many years ago, like mine, some banks, card companies etc will still look into your case providing they have the records of course. I believe that they are only contacting customers that have been rejected for past PPI claims. So regardless if you wanted PPI or not when you took out your credit, you should be still be able to complain under the Pelvin ruling. One of the experts on here will hopefully confirm this as I'm a bit of a novice! Thanks to them for the advice along the way. Patience is key when waiting for a response from a credit company. Good luck.0
