Yes you are fine to log in and look and use the rubbishy blurred photos against the at POPLA stage, if it's a BPA AOS member.

For example, with UKPC and One Parking Solutions I always view the pics online when I am helping friends, wouldn't ever not! Their dire 'photo evidence' is what often wins at POPLA when you use it against them!

When you say ''I have read this'' you mean you've read the NEWBIES FAQs and know to use the blue writing appeal, and when to appeal, and how?

Yes I read all that and I will be appealing it with the draft letter. I just want to know what I've been ticketed for cause all it says on the ticket is abused patron parking.

That means 'the driver left the site' but they will have no evidence.

You need to come off this thread as it's not yours. Read a few 'driver left site' threads.

  • Hi just to update, I just ignored them, they kept sending letters for about 6 months but gave up after that. Last one I got I think was from a solicitor (in house so I believe) saying it MIGHT go to court. Never heard since. My family members never heard anything and that was around 4 years now.
