Anyone-else having problems today logging into their online Natwest account?
My usual logging in data doesn't work and I'm not sure if it's something wrong with their site, or I should be worried that it's something more sinister (like someone has changed it). Or am I just being paranoid ???
Thanks

What did Natwest say when you called them and explained the problem?0

Yes I have been having problems for a few weeks. If you go to down detector .co .uk and search for NatWest you will see that NatWest are causing huge frustration and losing many customers. In fact they have been in the top 10 problem sites for 3 weeks. Maybe that is why they are offering £125 incentive to open an account. There are a number of solution published on downdetector, the one that works for me is to quit my browser (Safari) and reopen the browser and go straight to NatWest site and login. It works every time. You have to quit fully. I would be interested if it works for you and which browser you use.

The only problem I've encountered lately is when trying to download transactions in CSV format - I have to choose a series of dates rather than "since last download". Other than that, nothing else.0

That worked for me too - THANK YOU :T
I had tried closing the Natwest site and then opening it up again, but, of course, my browser (Firefox) was still open for other sites.0
