Can anyone tell me in simple language how to print 7 x 5 inch photos in Windows 8. The nearest option I can find gives a page with 2 prints on it. Thanks

What are you using to print? If you open the file containing the photos and click on one, you should see an option to print, click on that and dialogue boxes will open. This will depend on your printer. However you can only successfully print 7 x 5 on 7 x 5 paper. Is your printer capable of taking 7 x 5 paper or are you using A4? I use Epson printers and they give options, once you have selected your paper size and your photo, to print portrait. landscape and then full page, two per page 4 per page etc.0

Thanks Ill take a look at the printer, it's for a friend. Do the options depend on the printer or the program you use to open the photos?0

It would depend on the printer. If you just open Windows Explorer and click on the photo you want to print, you should see a menu bar with such items as Organise, Share, Slide Show, Print, E-mail, Burn. Click on print and a dialogue box will open, wherein you decide on orientation, paper size, print quality etc.0
