You'll have things to hand at home:
- vinegar (read somewhere that cider vinegar is best...?)
- charcoal

If it is to clean up and get rid of the smell of wee-ing accidents, then cleaning the areas with a solution of biological washing powder/liquid will do the trick.
It will also help to prevent the dog/cat going in the same place again. 0 -
