Oh, I feel so sorry for you, better to not have won at all!!
I had a similar thing, won a ride in a hovercraft, which was in a James Bond Film, but as not there at the end of the day lost the prize!!! nothing on tickets to say you had to be there ( I actually cried !!! ) but it was a charity, so didn't cause a fuss.
