Hi all.
I was recently made redundant. I made a claim but didn’t claim for any holiday as my hr dept told me we would be getting our Xmas holiday paid. Can I claim it after my redundancy.
Thanks
Aaron

I think you'll need to give some more details. e.g.:
What was your actual redundancy date?
What was your claim for and from whom did you claim it?
Is it JSA/redundancy insurance/something else?0 -
Hi
I was made redundant on the 22 dec. so I claimed redundancy through the government fund because the company went into administration.
But I didn’t claim for the 5 days holiday I was owed because I was told I’d get paid them. But after just receiving my last wage slip, I haven’t been paid them.
And from what I gather you have to claim the holidays alongside your redundancy claim.
I’ve contacted the redundancyclsim helpline and am waiting to hear from them.
Was just seeing on here whether anybody else had any experience in this.
Thanks
