Around 25 years ago I was told that I needed insurance to cover my mortgage payments if I fell ill or lost my job.
Paid premium for around 17 years then cancelled. I Never made a claim.
Can I use Plevin or claim for mis-selling.
Policy was a GA policy sold through a mortgage broker

That is great news. I hope to never claim on any insurance I take out.Can I use Plevin or claim for mis-selling.
No & no. Pre-regulation and plevin wont apply to a mortgage broker even if it was post regulation.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
