You weren't asked who was driving in #20 but if you told the PPC who was driving!!
Throughout here you are advised never to reveal who was driving.
You need to edit your posts to remove details of who was driving (Unless it's too late and you already revealed it in your contacts with the PPC)

She's already given away who was driving, in her first appeal, it seemed to me from the first post?
Definitely email the BPA to complain that Smart have sent a debt recovery letter for £110, despite the fact the case is at POPLA:

Attach a copy of the letter, and a copy of the email/letter from POPLA confirming the stage it is at.
