TSB switch offer - when do you get the cashback?

Hi,
I switched over to TSB in November when they had the £130 cashback offer on - does anyone know if I should have received it by now or who I would contact? Can't seem to find anything on it now.

Ignore that, just found a number, called them and they said it was because i hadn't accepted cookies (was sure i would have) - anyway, they are honoring the payment and i should have it the next couple of days

I know you have you answer, but my switch happened on 20th December and recieved payment yesterday. think I worked it out as 26 days.0
