To be in with a chance of winning the London Football Awards Challenge, all QPR fans have to do is win a competitive trophy with any London-based EFL club in Football Manager 2018, Football Manager Touch 2018 or Football Manager Mobile 2018.
Once you've led your chosen London club to glory:
Take a screenshot of your trophy cabinet (including the trophy you’ve won)
Share the screenshot on Twitter with @FootballManager
Use the hashtag #FM18LondonChallenge

Football Manager will be restricting the use of the In-Game Editor and Pre-Game Editor which may improve your chances of winning and they will be verifying the winner's save file to ensure neither of these items have been used.
For your chance to win the challenge you must win a competitive trophy with any one of these clubs: AFC Wimbledon, Barnet, Brentford, Charlton Athletic, Fulham, Millwall or Queens Park Rangers.
