No stopping parking ticket

I recently got a NTK for parking on a private road with no stopping signs. I didn’t take much notice of the signs as I was looking for my daughter who needed picking up. The photos provided showed that I had stopped for a total of 11 seconds. I missed the entrance of where I was picking my daughter up so stopped to reverse but my daughter saw me so ran to the car so I couldn’t reverse it I would have ran her over. I have appealed through mitigating circumstances and extortionate charges as if you work it out it equates to over £32000 per hour. They have rejected both issues stating i parked for an unreasonable amount of time and the charge is not extravagant quoting PARKINGEYE V BEAVIS.
Could anyone give me any advice what if anything I can do next or should I just pay up?
Thanks

Read the NEWBIES thread at the top, and all the other threads about VCS at airports. Been discussed to death in 2017.
    should I just pay up?
No, not a single person here would. Put your wallet away!

Everyone is politely asked to read up on this in the newbies faq thread before starting a new thread

Go there now to read up on the game you are caught up in and how to deal with this

You are dealing with an IPC company, so futile appealing further (all explained in the faq)

Ignore debt collectors, and come back for advice on dealing with a court claim in the unlikely event you get court correspondence or a lbcca

Not an airport, an industrial estate.
I followed newbies thread but they have just replied with passing it to debt collectors

As posted, ignore debt collectors! No need to do anything at all with them!
  • Since you probably need longer than 11 seconds to read a sign, let alone small print, one might suggest the Claimant would be lucky to succeed with this one.

You will no doubt be able to advise on number size and locations of signage. Also consider whether the private road was linked to the public highway. A better description would assist.

    Why do you say 'but'?

Of course debt collector letters will be part of the game this year, as expected. The appeal in the NEWBIES thread for IPC members was not expected to get an IPC member like VCS to cancel or stop.

Now read post #4 of the NEWBIES thread for your current stage, and read blogs like this:

Liverpool Business Park baseless charge again?

Come back if you get a LBCCC or claim; likely to be easy to see off.

    Liverpool International Business Park?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
