Can't remember what credit card I had but it had smarties on the front - help!

Hi All,

I've joined the forums today so hi everyone! I very nearly submitted a PPI claim with ClaimEazy but saw they were going to charge 35% so I googled cheaper options and came across Martin's advice. Yay! Anyway today I have submitted claims for my old store cards through Santander, and also an old Woolwich loan through Barclays so fingers crossed.

I also had a credit card back in the late 90's/early 00's and I can't remember who it was with, all I can remember was that you could choose your own design on the card from a few options and I picked one with Smarties on the front. Can anyone recall this credit card provider?

Thank you so much in advance, I'm so glad I found this site!

Capital One used to do one like that.

If you can’t remember who you had a card with how are you going to remember why PPI was missold?
  • bazzyb - thank you so much, I had a feeling it was Capital One but couldn't quite remember, really appreciate your help :D

Edi81 - I was an unemployed student at the time so if there is indeed PPI on there with unemployment cover on it would have been sold incorrectly. Hope that answers your question, I just need to do some digging to find out! :)

When you say, 'submitting claims' do you actually mean you plan making complaints about PPI, that you're not sure you had?
