PCM at Sunderland notice of allocation

Hi everyone

I'm helping my neighbor for his dad case with PCM in our state while he visited him in 2015 and parked in visitor bay which is contractual granted to be on the basis 1st come 1st served.

He received a notice of Allocation to the small claim track from Sunderland county court which asked both parties to submit their WS before allocate hearing day & before court trial fees to be paid, is that normal?.

My neighbor's dad doesn't want to reveal his evidences before PCM pay the court trial fees.

Please advise.

Attached the notice from the court

Yes if the Judge says so; maybe that's his normal approach where parking firms are concerned. Sounds sensible, and the front page makes it clearer than most Orders we see, what an inexperienced Defendant must do.

He MUST meet the court deadline but has the advantage of being local to the court, so his WS could be hand delivered after he sees Gladstones' useless effort.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks Coupon-mad. I'll post his WS for review and to support other cases.

    Hi all
Another case with pcm struck out they didn't send WS at all. That struck out order followed by discontinue letter from Gladstone and Defendant fighting now for his costs.
