All credit accounts from Three mysteriously disappeared?? (Inc default)

Has anyone ever experienced credit accounts disappearing mysteriously?
Yesterday I checked my credit files and both hutchinson 3g accounts have gone, taking a settled account (no defaults or missed payments) and a defaulted account with it.
I did change my name in December having married in Sept however everything has updated no problem, only credit agency to update my name is Equifax however the accounts have been removed from that as well?
The default was for £34 registered 2016 and the other account was never in arrears so am at a loss to explain.
