How old would you be if you added the 12 weeks.

Extra 0.5 weeks from 42.

I thought the extra .5 week (for over 42) applies to redundancy pay and not notice pay?

The date for the redundancy calculation includes statutory notice if terminated early.

If a birthday falls in that period then another 0.5 week.
