Thanks Alexland, I am having second thoughts about this account - if they can't even manage to tell people where to send documents in an automated email or give people their money then I am tempted to go with the Post Office
Have you considered Tesco? They pay the same rate as Post Office Money and it is easier to operate. As Alexland says, Post Office Money savings accounts are administered by the same people as the AA's so I'm not sure why you think it'll be any better?Did you really mean to put loose?
