Never really had this problem before but the retailer is failing to give me a refund. I order a cot in October and after countless delays I requested a refund, which they agreed to but never arrives in my account. After every correspondence I'm told it is on its way but it never comes. Seems im not the only person to use the company who has had this problem but I need help. How to I get my money back ? Any help would be greatly appreciated
