PRIZE
There is one (1) prize consisting of a 2 night stay for 2 people at the Hare & Hounds, Tetbury.Dinner for 2 on 1 night.
Breakfast both mornings (continental or a la carte)
2 tickets to Westonbirt Arboretum
1 bottle of Veuve Cliquot to take home
Plus one (1) set of £200 worth of Weird Fish Clothing.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
Your stay is bookable on your choice of dates before 30th November 2018, subject to availability and excluding Saturdays. Room upgrades are available subject to supplements. Family and dogs are also welcome subject to supplements – contact the hotel directly for details. No cash alternative.
Dinner for two is an allowance of £36 per person from the a la carte menu, drinks are not included. The winner can order over this allowance, but any cost over the £36 per person must be paid for at the end of the meal.
Free entry into Westonbirt Arboretum is for basic entry only and excludes special events.
The winner is responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically detailed in the prize including but not limited to; travel, insurance, extra meals, drinks, and all necessary travel documents. When issued, the accommodation cannot be re-issued or changed in any way. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative or alternative prize of equal or greater value.

Any costs incurred over and above the basic prize are at the personal cost of the winner.
Any extra costs incurred in the accommodation are to be settled on departure.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize, of equal or greater value, at the promoter’s discretion.

The prize is subject to availability and cannot be exchanged.

SELECTION OF WINNER
One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entries no later than 20th March 2018
If the winner cannot be contacted after two (2) attempts within three (3) business days of the draw date, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

Weird Fish reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.

The name and home county of the winner will be available for one (1) month after the prize draw takes place by sending a stamped self addressed envelope to Weird Competitions at the stated address.
GENERAL
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice) and by our decisions which are final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
By entering the competition you are agreeing for your details to be shared with friends of Weird Fish/ Cotswold Inns & Hotels

All changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted in revised terms and conditions on the website.
We accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misaddressed, undelivered, postage due or misdirected entries.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
