Credit Card Charges new ruling

Does anyone know if charges still apply to invoices dated prior to 13 January but not settled until after that date.

Is this a business to business invoice? In this case it appears they can still charge the direct cost of processing the payment. There's a lengthy guide on the government website and they themselves state that credit cards linked to a business bank account are accepted.

    Yes, they do.

The new rules don't apply to contracts entered into before 13 January, 2018.
