New boiler or not?

In the house i am buying very soon (3 bed semi) it has a combi boiler which is 5 years old.
As i am looking at relocating the boiler from the bedroom to the garage, i was thinking is it worth replacing with a new boiler under warranty?
Also any factors to consider moving a boiler in the garage (vent will go through a tiled roof, and waste pipe below for condensate available).

I'd not personally replace any working boiler, bit unless it was unsuitable for my needs. 5 years is nothing.0

What’s the make & model ?I'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.0 -
Unless you want to change to a unvented hot water system or improve flow rates then there is no sense replacing a 5yr old combi0

current boiler is a potterton 30kw installed in 2012.
Been quoted £1500 to relocate it from bedroom to garage (with vertical flue), or £2300 with a new Baxi 630. Plus cost of hive.
Does this sound reasonable?0
