Chargebacks with Santander

Hi

Has anyone raised a chargeback with Santander please.

I am going to raise one with them due to a company (in Spain) not delivering an item and not responding.

Do you have to fill in a form and jump through hoops. Keen to understand anyones viewpoint.

Not sure that chargebacks work in these circs ie foreign .

Did see something yesterday on tv that there is a euro small claims court if all else fails

Speak to their card services team - they will advise what you need to show to prove your case.
Just one thing a chargeback can only be done within 120 daysof the debit to the account so get a move on.

This site has a charge back template, that I used to
get our money back when Monarch collapsed,
worked ok with Santander Visa Debit card.
