Nest System with British Gas HomeCare

Hi all

So,we are wanting to get the Nest 3rd Gen thermostat system installed. Signed up not ago for British Gas HomeCare and just wondered, obviously they have their own Hive system so are competitors. I have looked a lot at Nest vs Hive and much prefer the features/look/operation of the Nest so just wondered, does anyone have this combination? Is it a problem at all?

I can't imagine so but our first boiler service with the HomeCare is in March and would like the get the Nest installed before then ideally.

I have Nest/BG Homecare - no issues. BG engineer just asked me why Nest rather than Hive. Cost, I said.
