Made a complaint re ppi on October 2nd. Every 4 weeks I receive a letter stating they are still investigating case. Today received a letter saying they are still investigating saying it will take a further 21 days. Are mbna really that busy. I have had heard that MBNA are now having to use the procedures that Lloyd's bank are using, which are considerably different to the less customer friendly ones that MBNA used to use.

I wrote to MBNA (Virgin credit card) on 20 November. Today I have had a letter from them upholding my complaint and offering a sum just shy of £2.5k.
Hopefully, you will get your reply soon.
