Large Marble Sheet for Backsplash

Any advice on where to go for a large single slab of white/light grey marble (or decent faux marble) for use as a kitchen backsplash?

Needs to be approx. 320cm x 80cm and about 10mm thick.

All I can find is tiles.

Thanks

Google 'granite and marble worktops' in your area and local suppliers will come up.
Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.

    sorry to hi-jack your thread
how would you fix this to wall on new extension where the walls are not quite solid as they dot and dab plaster boards??
    Nice to save.
  • Not sure where you are in the UK, but a good MICROCEMENT applicator can make up a piece of MDF with the MC finish to look like marble. Its waterproof and easy to fit being alot lighter,.
